VMP Plotter Setup Troubleshooting

If you are attempting to configure VMP to use a Roland GX24 plotter, download the following file:

SetupGX24.zip onto your computer. Then unzip it, and follow the instructions in the RolandGx24.PDF file.

If you wish to set the Vinyl Spooler to send data to a plotter connected on a USB port, follow the instructions in the following help file: "USB Plotter Setup.pdf"

Installing a Creation/PCut Plotter

If you are attempting to configure VMP to use a Signsay, Creation CT630 Plotter, or a PCUT plotter, do the following:

1. Download the VMP_Spooler Update 2.70 onto your computer.

2. Unzip this file, and run it.

3. If you do not have a Dongle version of the software, select "Custom" setup type, and make sure that you select the "Registration" version, and deselect the "Dongle" version.

4. Download the file PlotterSetup_Signsay.zip and unzip it.

5. Run the file, to automatically configure the plotter in VMP (Note: you will still need to select the correct Com port).
