To avoid any doubt is referred collectively herein as "Future Corporation".

PERMISSIONS
You may (i) provide a hyperlink ("link") using any or all of the Future Corporation Logotypes ("Logotypes") on your Internet site to the URL associated with such Logotype (below), only if you agree to the terms and conditions as set forth below; and/or (ii) provide a link using any or all of the Future Corporation Logotypes on your Internet site to allow a third party to download the associated Software product of such Logotype for that party's use, only if you agree to the terms and conditions as set forth below; and/or (iii) provide a textual link from your Internet site to this Internet site provided you comply with the guidelines (below):

(I) LOGOTYPE LINKING

The Visit Future Corporation Logotype or any of Future Corporation's Individual Product Logotypes are provided solely as an indicator of a link to Future Corporation's official or its Individual Product's official Internet sites. (vi) you may not alter the Logotype in any manner, including size, proportions, fonts, colors or otherwise distort its perspective or appearance; or alter its hint, if any, using the "ALT" or "TITLE" tag in your own HTML code; and,

(vii) you must provide a trademark attribution statement within close proximity of the Future Corporation trademark that states: "insert trademark used and ® or ™ symbol" is either a registered trademark or trademark of in the United States and/or other countries; and,

(viii) your use may not directly or indirectly imply Future Corporation's sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service and/or present false information about Future Corporation's products or services on your Internet site; and,

(ix) your use may not infringe any Future Corporation intellectual property or other rights, may not violate any state or federal laws, and must comply with international intellectual property laws; and,

(x) you acknowledge and agree that Future Corporation reserves the right to rescind its permission to link to any of its Internet sites at any time. In such event, you agree to immediately remove any Logotype from your Internet site or sites; and,

(xi) by linking your Internet site to any Future Corporation Internet site(s), you agree to comply with and be bound by the foregoing guidelines and this Internet site's Terms of Use.

(II) LINKING TO FUTURE CORPORATION DOWNLOADABLE FILES

(x) you acknowledge and agree that Future Corporation reserves the right to rescind its permission to link to any of its Internet sites at any time. In such event, you agree to immediately remove any Logotype from your Internet site or sites; and,

(xi) you acknowledge that Future Corporation disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, the failure to store, the misdelivery, or the untimely delivery of such downloadable file or material. In addition Future Corporation disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any file or material directly or indirectly from its Internet site(s) with all risks and costs accessing and downloading such file or materials to be assumed by you; and,
